Refund Policy

1. Payment Processing

All VDO Studio subscriptions are billed and processed by our third-party payment processor, who handles payment processing, tax collection, and billing on our behalf.

2. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you subscribe to a VDO Studio paid plan (Solo or Pro) and are not satisfied for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase date.

• Applies to all paid plans
• Full refund of the first charge — no partial amounts, no deductions
• No reason required — if it's not right for you, we'll refund you
• One refund per customer per plan

3. After 30 Days

After the initial 30-day period, subscription charges are non-refundable. Monthly billing continues until you cancel your subscription.

We do not offer pro-rated refunds for unused portions of a billing period after the 30-day window has passed. When you cancel, your access continues until the end of the current billing period — you will not be charged again after that.

Statutory withdrawal rights under applicable law (including EU consumer rights) are not affected by this policy.

4. Cancellation

You can cancel your VDO Studio subscription at any time from your account settings. There are no cancellation fees, no lock-in contracts, and no penalties.

• Cancellation stops future billing immediately
• You retain full platform access until the end of your current billing period
• Your data remains available for 30 days after cancellation, then is deleted

5. Free Trial

VDO Studio offers a free Trial plan with no credit card required. Since no payment is taken during the trial, no refund is applicable. You can simply stop using the platform — your trial account will expire automatically.

6. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund within the 30-day window, email us at support@vdostud.com with your account email and purchase details. We will confirm and process your refund promptly.

7. Refund Processing

Once approved, refunds are processed by our payment provider and typically appear in your account within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Refunds are returned to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
